Share a window, ask, get an answer

The AI assistant that sees your screen

You’ve just written a proposal email to a client, and something feels off. Instead of copy-pasting it into a chat window, you share the window from Colega’s Mini Panel and ask out loud: “Is this ready to send?” Colega looks at what’s actually on your screen and answers: the email says “I’ve attached our proposal”, but nothing is attached.

For Windows 10 and 11. Mac version coming soon.

How it works

Screen-aware AI in three steps

1

Share a screen or a single window

Pick your whole screen or just one window in the Mini Panel. You decide when to share, and you can stop with one click.

2

Type, talk, or run a Screen Check

Type your question or say it; there’s a microphone shortcut too. Or hit Screen Check and let Colega look for mistakes and risks.

3

Get the answer right next to your work

Results land in the Mini Panel as Important, Worth checking or Looks good. Save one as a task or a note in a click.

What it does

An AI assistant that understands what you’re working on

No context to explain

Email, spreadsheet, document, browser tab or design tool: whatever is on screen is the context. No plugins or integrations to set up.

Ask by voice, read the answer

Hit the shortcut and talk, even mid-typing. Colega transcribes your question, looks at your screen and answers in text.

Flags mistakes and risks

Screen Check catches the things you skim past, like a wrong name, a missing attachment or numbers that don’t add up, and says why they matter.

Learns how you work

On Pro, write your own rules: “My invoice amounts are usually four digits. Warn me if one has five.” Colega applies them on every check.

Good to know

  • Colega doesn’t watch in the background. It looks at your screen when you share it and ask, or when you run a Screen Check.
  • Raw screenshots are never stored. The image is sent to the AI model for analysis and then discarded; only the short result shown to you is kept.
  • Add apps like your password manager or banking app to the “Don’t analyze” list, and Colega won’t look while they’re open.
  • Windows only for now. A Mac version is coming soon.
