Hear Mode

An AI meeting assistant for the moment you’re put on the spot

You’re on a video call with a prospect and the question you were dreading comes up: “You’re more expensive than the competition. Why?” You turned on Colega’s Hear Mode when the call started, so you press “Ask for Advice”. A few seconds later the Mini Panel shows what you could say. When the call ends, one click saves the summary, decisions and action items to your notes.

For Windows 10 and 11. Mac version coming soon.

How it works

How Colega helps during a meeting

1

Turn on Hear Mode

Start it from the Mini Panel or with a shortcut. Colega listens to your computer’s meeting audio, and to your mic too if you want.

2

Stuck? Ask for Advice

Colega uses the conversation so far to suggest what you could say, questions worth asking, and what to watch out for.

3

Save the summary

When you stop, save a meeting note with the summary, decisions, commitments and action items, open questions, risks and key facts.

What it does

More than an AI note taker

No bot joins your call

Colega doesn’t join as a participant. It listens to the audio on your computer, so nobody sees an extra name in the meeting.

Works with any meeting app

Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or a call in your browser: if the meeting audio plays on your computer, Colega can hear it.

Live suggestions, then notes

Know what to say while the meeting is happening and what was agreed once it’s over, without a second tool.

Nothing kept unless you save it

Audio is processed to transcribe it and is not stored. If you don’t save a summary, nothing from the meeting is kept.

Good to know

  • Hear Mode needs Windows system audio, so it’s Windows only for now.
  • Hear Mode works in your Personal workspace, not in a company workspace.
  • The Free plan includes 5 minutes of listening that come back every 4 hours. Pro listens without interruptions.
  • We recommend letting other participants know you’re using Colega.
